Unified platform for association members, subscriptions and activities

The Member Platform is the hub for the association and its members. It handles who’s involved, what they pay, and what’s happening in the association – and it’s built to adapt to the organisational structure you work with.

Organisational structure

The platform’s hierarchy reflects the reality of many sports organisations:

Federation → Club/Association → Member

A federation can bring together many clubs and associations, with a cross-cutting view of data, membership fees, and activities. Each club or association manages its own members, settings, and calendar. Members access the platform with their own login and see exactly what they’re entitled to.

If you don’t have a federation, the platform works equally well as a simple two-tier setup:

Club/Association → Member

It’s the same platform – just without the federation layer. No unnecessary complexity.

How it works

Member platform

The association maintains an up-to-date member register directly in the platform. Administrators can create, edit and manage members. Members log in themselves and can view and update their own information.

Recurring payments and membership fees

Membership fees and other ongoing payments are collected automatically via a subscription flow. Payment is handled via the Registration & Payment product, which manages the secure payment flow with Stripe. Fee periods, amounts and frequency are configured by the association.

Open platform – access to the association’s IT services

The platform is open. This means members’ and administrators’ logins can serve as the basis for accessing other IT services and systems, to the extent those systems support it. The association’s existing solutions don’t need to be replaced – the platform can act as shared access management.

Calendar and association activities

The association’s activities are collected in a calendar. Each event in the calendar is self-contained and can have registration and payment linked to it – handled via Registration & Payment. The calendar gives both members and administrators a clear overview of what’s happening in the association.

Integration with Registration & Payment

The Member Platform and Registration & Payment are designed to work closely together:

  • Membership fees are collected automatically as recurring payments via Registration & Payment
  • Events in the calendar use Registration & Payment for registration and payment

The two products can, however, be used independently. Registration & Payment can be used for events without the Member Platform, and vice versa.
