To make it simple, open and financially transparent for federations, clubs and members to manage membership, registration and results. We are building a modular, loosely coupled platform based on open standards and integrations, with:
- Secure membership platform and authentication system
- Calendar for federation and club activities
- Modern registration, information and payment flow
- Clear and accessible result display from event software
Vision
Make sport more accessible
To become the preferred, open infrastructure for smaller sports federations in Europe, through a platform designed with a focus on open integrations, where data is portable and systems can be replaced without friction – giving events the foundation to reach wider audiences across more channels.
Value proposition
The platform is based on principles of source available software (BUSL-1.1) and open standards, with a focus on compliance with EU legislation.
For the federation
Club and member registry, automatic collection of race fees and low annual licence fee. Platform operations and development are funded through the per-participant registration fee.
For the club
Member and permissions management, recurring membership fee collection, a calendar embeddable on your own website, and a complete registration flow with direct payment to the club's bank account.
For the participant
A responsive registration flow that works on mobile and in the browser, instant confirmation by email, and for federation members a flexible monthly billing model.
The team
Malthe Poulsen
Chief Executive Officer
Malthe is responsible for all development and ensures the platform remains secure, modern and accessible.
Educated as a Data Technician specialising in programming, he's working as a Platform Engineer at Danmarks Radio.
Malthe is a member of FIF Hillerød Orientering and was part of DO-F's national team from 2015 to 2021.

Director
Henrik is responsible for the company's mission and vision and sets the commercial direction of its products.
He has worked across all aspects of IT since 1990, most recently as IT Director at A/S Arbejdernes Landsbank.
Henrik is a member of FIF Hillerød Orientering and has led youth development work in the Eastern Region, as well as serving on the DO-F Competition and Regulation Committee.
